For the purpose specified above, the Operator performs the following actions in relation to your personal data: collection, systematization, storage, modification, use, provision (including cross-border transfer of personal data), and deletion of personal data.

When sending advertising and informational mailings, including by email, the Operator carries out cross-border transfers of your personal data to:

Given that the communication servers of a number of email service providers are located in foreign states whose territories do not ensure an adequate level of protection of the rights of personal data subjects, the Operator additionally informs you of the following risks arising from the absence of an adequate level of personal data protection in such foreign states:

absence of specific legislation governing the processing of personal data, including requirements ensuring compliance with such rules;

absence of an independent authorized state body responsible for protecting the rights of personal data subjects;

a limited scope of rights available to personal data subjects;

use of improper methods of obtaining personal data and unlawful processing of personal data, as a result of which personal data may become accessible to an unlimited number of persons.
