As a personal data subject, you give your consent to Individual Entrepreneur Olga Anatolyevna Cherkasova, Minsk, info@powerful.by (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”), to process your personal data: surname, first name, patronymic, mobile telephone number, email address, and other information communicated by the personal data subject, for the purpose of sending advertising and informational mailings, including by email.
For the purpose specified above, the Operator performs the following actions in relation to your personal data: collection, systematization, storage, modification, use, provision (including cross-border transfer of personal data), and deletion of personal data.
When sending advertising and informational mailings, including by email, the Operator carries out cross-border transfers of your personal data to:

In this case, personal data are transferred to the territory of states that do not ensure an adequate level of protection of the rights of personal data subjects.
Since it is not possible to determine the state to which the cross-border transfer of personal data is made, there is a possibility that such state may not provide conditions ensuring adequate protection of the rights of personal data subjects. Given that the communication servers of a number of email service providers are located in foreign states whose territories do not ensure an adequate level of protection of the rights of personal data subjects, the Operator additionally informs you of the following risks arising from the absence of an adequate level of personal data protection in such foreign states:
absence of specific legislation governing the processing of personal data, including requirements ensuring compliance with such rules;
absence of an independent authorized state body responsible for protecting the rights of personal data subjects;
a limited scope of rights available to personal data subjects;
use of improper methods of obtaining personal data and unlawful processing of personal data, as a result of which personal data may become accessible to an unlimited number of persons.
